Le nouveau statut de l'entrepreneur individuel :
La loi n°2008-776 ( cliquer ) du 4 août 2008 créé un nouveau statut d’auto-entrepreneur.
Ce statut entrera en vigueur à compter du 1er janvier 2009. Voici en bref les principaux points à retenir :
